About MyHumanitas
We are a newly established family-centric, non-profit organization founded in Saskatoon, SK, by a diverse group of individuals united by purpose and passion for promoting kindness, support and a sense of humanity. Our mission is to serve our community by partnering with our government & other agencies to help meet the needs of families, parents, and individuals within our city and surrounding areas. Our vision is to organize, implement and execute nurturing and youth empowerment programs that will help enhance the lives of many children, young people, and their families.

February Updates – Our Programs
Update on our weekend activities: we are happy to announce that the number of participants is steadily growing, and that more children are taking advantage of these programs. Our Dance/Music/Arts activities now host an average of 10-16 children each week. More families are directly inquiring and enlisting for the weekend programs. We’re excited to hear fantastic feedbacks from the children and their parents.
These won’t be possible without the tremendous efforts of our good volunteers. We are grateful to our talented and lovely resident dance teacher Julenne Florida for teaching the children to discover the fun of dancing. We also want to thank Gab Amestoso for teaching the kids learn music by playing digital piano/keyboards. We appreciate our part-time art and crafts teachers Teacher Monique Salud and Aunt Maria, as well as our piano instructor, Dra. Auey for lending their precious time and energy to volunteer and share their knowledge to the kids.

We also had a good turnout of children and parents who celebrated their family day bonding last Sunday at our family swimming program. We are thankful to Staybridge Suites Holiday Inn Express & Suites – 1838 College Drive East for opening their doors to MyHumanitas families to have fun and enjoy their lovely pool. We humbly ask our members, friends and parents to return the favor and patronize this hotel. We should support our local businesses that give back to the community.
We want to praise the Lord for His blessings and the opportunities to provide fun activities to these beautiful kids. To witness these families enjoying time with their loved ones. Seeing children’s smiles and hearing their laughter are the reasons why MyHumanitas exists; to create such precious and priceless moments.
